Triggers When	1 or more failed payments per account
Groups By	Account and individual payment

Why It Matters: Failed payments mean lost revenue and can lead to customer churn if not addressed quickly. Proactive follow-up can recover revenue and improve customer relationships.

Recommended Actions:

• Contact the customer to update their payment method

• Retry the payment once details are updated

• Offer alternative payment options if needed
