Time Window	Last 1 hour
Triggers When	More than 10 failed payments
Groups By	Payment method type (credit card, ACH, etc.)

Why It Matters: A spike in payment failures could indicate a payment gateway issue, fraud attack, or widespread payment method expiration. Quick response can minimize revenue impact.
